At From Farms, we deliver fresh dairy products directly from our farms to customers based on their selected delivery schedule. Please read the delivery process carefully.


1. Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery is made strictly according to the date and time slot selected by the customer at checkout.

  • If a customer selects 26 January at 5:00 PM, the delivery will be made on 26 January at the same selected time.

  • Customers are advised to choose the delivery slot carefully, as fresh milk is prepared specifically for that time.


2. Same-Day & Scheduled Delivery

  • We offer scheduled delivery only, based on available time slots.

  • Same-day delivery is possible only if the selected slot is available at the time of order placement.

  • Once a delivery slot is booked, it is reserved exclusively for that customer.


3. Delivery Area

  • Currently, deliveries are available only in selected local areas.

  • Orders outside our serviceable locations may not be accepted.


4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure someone is available at the delivery location during the selected time slot.

  • From Farms will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.


5. Delay or Rescheduling

  • In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, technical issues), delivery may be slightly delayed.

  • Customers will be informed in advance in such situations.


6. Missed Delivery

  • If the customer is unavailable at the selected delivery time, the order may be marked as delivered.

  • No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.


7. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • From Farms reserves the right to revise delivery charges at any time.
