Refund policy

At From Farms, we deal in fresh, perishable dairy products. To maintain quality, hygiene, and fairness, we follow a strict Refund & Cancellation Policy as outlined below.


1. Refund Policy

Refund or replacement is only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The milk is damaged or leaked at the time of delivery

  • The milk is found to be curdled at the time of delivery

In such cases:

  • The issue must be reported immediately on the same day of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos may be required for verification

  • After verification, a replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion

No refund or return will be provided if:

  • The milk has been delivered in good condition

  • The product is consumed or stored improperly after delivery

  • The complaint is raised after the delivery day


2. Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of milk and dairy products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered, except in cases of damage or curdling as mentioned above.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation is only possible if the milk has NOT gone out for delivery

  • Once the order is marked Out for Delivery, cancellation will not be accepted

  • Subscription cancellations or pauses must be requested before the delivery cutoff time


4. Important Note

From Farms follows strict hygiene and quality standards. Once fresh milk is dispatched, it cannot be taken back for safety reasons.
